I am based in Brackley, Buckinghamshire, and I am happy travel up to 1 hour, alternatively, you are welcome to come to me, or meet in the middle. We can discuss locations at the point of enquiry but I am sure we can work something out.

The first 2 - 3 weeks are ideal for newborn photography, especially If you want to capture those sleepy newborn shots, but if you are not too set on the super sleepy shots, then any time in those first 5 - 6 weeks are the best.

I would book as early as possible, for newborn shoots, we can always rearrange if baby arrival date isn't as planned (which is often the case!), but in order to ensure availability I would recommend booking your slot in advance.

On the day l will arrive at your home and find the best natural light for your session. If there’s a room with big windows or a space you love, just let me know what time it gets the best light and we’ll try to make it work.

No need to stress about tidying — I only use a small area and can move things if needed. I’ll gently guide you through the session and we’ll chat about the moments that matter most to you.

I’ll bring my bean bag, plus neutral newborn outfits and blankets. I keep everything natural, with lots of skin on show, especially those tiny hands and toes.

Sessions last around 1 to 3 hours, with plenty of time for feeds, cuddles, and settling. Everything is baby led, calm, and unhurried. If siblings are involved, I photograph them first whilst we have their attention, and hopefully smiles!

This session is completely relaxed, please don't worry if baby is unsettled, I allow extra time for these shoots so that we have time to meet all of their needs, the most important thing to me is a happy baby and a comfortable mum and dad, i've been there, I get it!

You will receive your gallery within 3 weeks of your session, sooner depending on my current workload.

There are two main things to take into account. Firstly, when your children are likely to be happiest – the most important thing for me is that everyone is enjoying themselves, so this is a major consideration.

Secondly, when the light is going to be at its best, capturing beautiful photos is all about two things, comfortable, happy subjects, and lighting!

I’ll always chat to you about when would suit your family best.

A lot of families find me through my website, social media, or recommendations from past clients, so being able to share a few images from sessions really does help my little business grow.

That said, I completely understand that every family is different when it comes to privacy, and I always want you to feel comfortable. I’m very happy to chat beforehand about which images you’d be happy for me to share (and which you wouldn’t), and if there’s ever a photo online that you change your mind about, I’d remove it straight away with no issue at all.

I’m also more than happy to share more subtle candid images, avoid showing little ones’ faces, or keep everything completely private if that’s what feels best for your family.
